Today when Lizzy was at school, I had to run an errand at the mall, so Peter was able to sneak in some fountain time. It's always wonderful to be able to play with both kids and watch them interact, but it's a treasure to spend some one-on-one time with each child, give them a little personal snuggle, and really get the chance to listen to them. Peter loves to watch the water pour out of the fountains. He's full of "oohs" and "wa-wa" (water), and loves to climb up the sides of the fountain and then jump down. Today he really loved the flowers, and even managed to pick a few before I realized his flower savagery. Peter loves to run and explore and be outside.
