Lizzy was invited to an ice skating party at our local rink, and oh, what a great time we had! Lizzy was so excited to go. All her school friends were there, and they were gliding, sliding, and slipping all over the place, with huge smiles on their faces the whole time. Lizzy did awesome! She's quite a skater, actually, and she had a great time. I think all those roller skating afternoons paid off because she really got the swing of it. Catherine came along for the ride too, and she loved watching all the big kids skating all around her. She wanted to skate so badly, but I think we'll wait until next year to give her a try.
